Morning Coffee Vibes

The best part of waking up...is Folgers in your scrub.

Just kidding I don't use Folgers. I use fair trade, organic coffee grounds. This may seem expensive, but someone once told me that they don't put anything on their body that they wouldn't put in their body and I thought that was the greatest advice of all time. In all honesty, I don't drink coffee so it lasts me quite a while. YOU can use whatever you're already using at home. Keep it simple.

What you'll need:

1 tbsp Olive oil

4 tbsp (heaping) Sugar

2 tbsp (heaping) Ground Coffee

What you do:

1) Mix the sugar and coffee together as much as possible. It should look a little something like this.

2) Pour in the Olive Oil. You'll want enough to cover the dry ingredients without making it too clumpy or mushy (Yes those are technical terms). The finished product will look a little like this.

3) Next put it in a container. This amount fits into a 4oz mason jar.

4) Scrub, scrub away!

I heard that coffee scrubs can temporarily reduce the appearance of cellulite. I haven't really noticed an affect as far as that's concerned, but I do absolutely LOVE the smell. It's invigorating in the early mornings as I'm trying to motivate myself.

What other types of scrubs have you tried?
